Itinerary
The pick-up time is between 08:30 am and 09:00 am – Starting our journey to reach our first visit, which is the Añashuayco Quarry, this quarry is still in operation, due to the passage of time and the craftsmanship. of the builders is that this quarry has become an immense canyon with walls that are more than 30 meters high. In this quarry we can also see the mega carvings on the walls of the canyon, made by the builders themselves, in which we can take photos.
After them we will move to the Quebrada de Culebrillas, this is an ashlar quarry that is not in operation, in this quarry we will do a walk of approx. 20 minutes inside the small canyon that has been formed by the erosion of water and wind over time. Before returning to the city we will observe the Apachetas, which are considered by the local residents as a custom that causes a mystical sensation.
The tour lasts approximately 5 hours.
