Itinerary
We will begin the tour by picking you up at your accommodation and moving to the main port, where we will board a motor boat to take us to the Floating Islands of the Uros. After 25 minutes, we will disembark on these islands built by their own inhabitants with reeds, which grow in Lake Titicaca itself. After listening to some explanations from the guide and the island’s own inhabitants regarding their way of life, we will have time to sail on a reed raft across the lake and take some photographs. Later, we will board our motor boat again and return to the city of Puno.
The tour lasts approximately 4 hours.
